The ground floor offers al large living area with a marble floor. There are 2 sofas that can be used as bunk-beds. There also is a diner table that suits 6 persons.
The living area includes an open kitchen and is fully equiped with:
- a gas cooker (4 pits)
- dishwasher
- water boiler
- coffee maker
- fridge with freezer
- a little oven.
All the kitchen utensils are there to prepare a perfect dinner.
The ground floor also offers a spacious toilet with sink.
There is a large and covered terrace form where you have a nice view of the pool, especially at night when the pool is lightened.
The villas Ground floor First and second floor
The villas are semi-detached houses, situated directly at the pool.
At the main entrance of the park you will find a supermarket.
The 6 person villas have 3 levels, 2 balconies and a large roof terrace.
The bedrooms have fans to keep them cool at night. The master bedroom also has air conditioning.
All houses have marble floors.
Around the villas you will find orange trees, lemon trees and some banana trees.
First floor:
The first floor offers two bedrooms.
The largest bedroom is situated at the poolside and offers a king size bed, has air-conditioning, a large closet and its own balcony. The room is spacious enough for a child's bedstead or an air mattress.
The second bedroom offers two single (box spring) beds and two closets.
Both rooms have ceiling fans.
There is a large bathroom on the first floor (completely renovated in 2010) offering a second toilet and a comfortable shower.
Second floor:
The second floor offers al large space where the washing machine and water boiler are located. It also storages the iron board.
The remaining part of the second floor consists of a large, private roof terrace form where you have a nice view of the pool and the park. There is an outdoor shower, a terrace with four chairs, two clothes racks and two beddings.
Besides that, the villas are environmentally friendly due to the solar collectors on the rooftop that heat up the water all year around!
